  Went to Best Buy first- they said they couldn't help but could sell me a new computer since mine was so old. Phil was great, polite ,efficient and gave me a good price. Fixed the laptop in good time and I am totally pleased with the work and the service. I highly recommend this place for anyone who, like me, isn't too concerned with the latest gadgets, bells and whistles and just wants what works for them to keep working.
