  I was sitting on the beach early September and I knew I needed to find an exercise program that would work for me. Everyone told me to try yoga. I was like right I am overweight and very out of shape, yoga was not even in my game plan till I called the yoga house (Kara picked up on first ring) we started talking 6 weeks later I showed up for my first yoga class. Kara has been a lifesaver for me. She gave me the confidence I needed to walk into my first class ( the classes have nice and very supportive people in them)and from that day The Yoga House became my calm place, I couldn't wait to go back just for the tranquility. I also take a private class every Friday night to help me build my strength worth every penny. Today I can do a shoulder stand with blocks and spotting but I can balance on my own! If your a middled age women who wants to feel better, move better, build strong hips so we won't break them as we get older this is the place for you. I also must l say Valerie massages have really helped with my on-going journey. Best gift you will ever give yourself
